There is always an element of risk in any adventure associated with the outdoors. We encourage participants to read this form carefully. Voyager ehf (Iceland) and Babak Tafreshi Photography (USA), along with our guides and drivers aim to provide participants a safe, educational and enjoyable experience.
In consideration of my desire to participate in March 2023 Iceland Aurora Photo Tour, I hereby agree to the following:
I agree to abide by and comply with any instructions given by Voyager ehf, Babak Tafreshi Photography (USA), and our guides and drivers during this tour.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Iceland Aurora Photo Tour, and that I am participating at my own risk. I am aware there may be physical exertion for which I may not be prepared, weather conditions subject to sudden and unexpected change, and actions of third parties outside of our tour.
I further agree that in the event I should require medical care or treatment, I authorize Voyager ehf, Babak Tafreshi Photography and our guides and drivers to provide medical care deemed necessary. I agree to assume any costs associated with medical care, treatment and transport, and agree to be financially responsible for any costs therein. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
Voyager ehf, Babak Tafreshi Photography and our guides and drivers assume no liability, including negligence, for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property, nor for any delay, mishap, illness or damage to persons or property arising from any cause during the Iceland Aurora Photo Tour.
Further, Voyager ehf, Babak Tafreshi Photography and our guides and drivers accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate in exceptional circumstances. In the rare event that we must cancel the Iceland Aurora Photo Tour, we will provide a full refund, which the participant acknowledges as full and final settlement.
By joining this Iceland Aurora Photo Tour, I hereby acknowledge that I have read this “Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release” and fully understand that it is a RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

You grant full usage rights to the program organizers to use, for promotional purposes of their future programs and activities, any photo or video recording taken during the program in which yourself or your equipment appear and You agree to waive any claims for financial reimbursement for said use.
If you do not wish to appear in close-up photos or video recordings you have an option above and please remind the organizers in-person during the program. You may still appear in images of the group’s overall activity, from a distance.
